• I just tried it in a fresh document and it seemed to work, however it wasn't in its usual quick citation toolbar format. Its a rather bigger box were you need to manually choose your reference. It is an add/edit citation button.

• Word 2016, I am pressing the add citation button on the microsoft word plug-in and then it will respond with the above message. It was working fine earlier today but seems to now have a problem
