• Trying to follow the manual Zotero Word plugin instructions linked in the response but in the installation folder I can't find a Zotero.dotm file. Will try uninstalling and reinstalling again.

• I have the same question - can you upload a file in the online version of the zotero library? Or is the only way to add it to the library using the desktop program and then sync with your online library?
