Can you provide a Debug ID for reproducing the problem, as linked in my post above? This will probably help the devs look into the problem. You can also share screenshots here on what the icon looks like when "this icon is dead".

Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins? If so, the devs will probably need to see a Debug ID for Zotero reproducing the problem.

Can you share the original page from where you saved the snapshot? Which browser did you use to save it? Do you have any extension installed in the browser? Did you make the highlights in the same computer or on another OS?

I get this for all attachments and notes when I try to open them. No report ID when reopening Zotero after the crash.
