I have installed the missing fonts on the system (Windows 10). The PDF displays properly in Acrobat Reader, Foxit PDF Reader and PDF-XChange Editor. But it fails with PDF.js and with Okular.

@nathan.hopson: Have you just created these notes? The data displayed in the Item Pane does not update until you switch to another item and back. So this would happen if you have just created the notes.
