How do you reset your translators from the Files and Folders pane in Advanced menu?

The above Debug ID was generated when I tried to directly import selected records in RIS from the online database. Debug ID: D109687328. I received this when I tried to import a downloaded RIS file into Zotero Standalone.

The online database that I am working with allows me to directly import selected records in RIS format to Zotero or to download a file in RIS format and import it to my Zotero Standalone.

I can download a record from the page I am visiting with the Connector. This happens when I want to directly import records in RIS format to Zotero.
