• Hmm - I re-installed the add on and re-started both Word and Zotero, but it's still not working (even in a new document). I wonder if I need to delete the old add-on somehow?

• Macintosh operating system, Word version 16.16.2, Zotero version 5.0.55.1. It happens in new documents - I just made a new document to try it and it happened.
