Hi adomasevn. It isn't appearing in the classic view. Is there another plugin that I need to add? I have turned off the shockwave plugin but the progress bar still isn't showing. This has become quite urgent as I need to submit this assignment. I wo…

Where is the progress bar?

I am getting a message from the add-on manager: Missing something? Some plugins are no longer supported by Zotero. The only plugin I have is Shockwave flash 31.0 r0. What should I do in this case? Many thanks in advance

I am using OS 10.12.6, Word 16.17 (180909), and Zotero 5.0.55.

It has just given me this error message: Zotero experienced an error updating your document. The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1708.) @[selectField:field.m:341]

The bibliography is not correct. It has added a citation starting with "A" at the very end after the letter Z. I removed this from my library hoping it would help but it hasn't. I would be grateful for any help.

I restarted and it seems to be working now. If it happens again I will post.

Thank you!

Thanks! I didn't realize I needed to update the footnote, not the number itself. I usually use Harvard style!
-
Thank you!

I copied the citation (harvard style) into the document (where everything was Chicago) and hit refresh.
-
The text has a lot of citations but I only wanted to change one. It happens in an existing document, not in a new document.

Thank you very much for the update. It is better but I have found an issue. When I try and change a harvard citation to Chicago (so in text to a footnote), instead of a footnote being inserted, the title of the referenced is inserted into the main b…

My zotero is inserting duplicates of the same citation. Could this be due to the word update?
