@damnation will you be able to take a look at these issues in the next week or so? I completely understand if that is not possible.
-
I completely understand and you have done an excellent job. I contacted the editor and this is based on her information. Basically format follows APA with some minor adjustments for Icelandic. If no author is given then the name of the website shoul…

@damnation Now web sources look like this both in citation and bibliography despite them having a title, date and author in Zotero. http://visindavefur.is/svar.php?id=74196. Hlaðið niður þann 28. maí 2021. http://visindavefur.is/svar.php?id=74637…

Thank you I checked it. The only error I found is with web resources. If there is an author, data and title for web sources they should show up in the citation and bibliography. Thank you again for this, it has saved me so much work.

@damnation Thank you so much, your help is much appreciated. I was going to try it out but can't find the style to test it. I am probably doing something wrong but can't figure out what. I just went here https://www.zotero.org/styles and searched f…

Is there any chance that this style could be made in the next week or so?
-
Took some digging but I found it ISSN 0256-8426

Ok. Thank you so much for helping me figure this out. I will now start a group and just redo all the citations, I think that might be easiest. And again thank you for your very patient help, even if it will be some work I am just so happy to ha…

Yes the document is co-authored (sorry did not realize that was important). Is there some ouick way to see which citations are from the other database so I can just fix those?

(Arneborg et al., 2006; S. Brewington et al., 2015; Dugmore et al., 2012; Thomas H. McGovern et al., 2007; Ogilvie, Woollett, Smiarowski, Arneborg, Troelstra, et al., 2009) For Brewington I went over the db and reentered both the first and last…

I am seeing all the code when I press alt+f9 and I am using Word. here is a uri from one of the offending references http://zotero.org/users/254539/items/TUG672UX The names look correct there no middle initial
-
I just tried starting a new document and put some of those same citations in that and they are fine there....
-
What is a uri? :)
-
Yes it is still incorrect when I do alt+f9 in the document.
-
Yeah I explained it poorly. So if I type in say Jon F. three entries come up but when I go to the author boxes on the right it only says Smith and in the next Jon (there is no F. anymore) but it is like there is a sort of ghost of the former author …

No they do not seem to reflect the changes :/ I tried restarting zotero and word, retyped in one of the names that have issues and everything. I removed a middle initial for one author (it was only used on one reference) and I don't see it in the zo…

I tried going over my database (have now done this for 10 names or so) 2 of them got fixed but the rest are still incorrect. I have tried refreshing and even opening and closing the document. What I do not understand is how this has never happened t…

I am having this issue and don't relish going through all my very many zotero references to match up names. Is there a new better way to deal with this or should I try some of the things suggested above? I have tried updating Zotero (using vers…

I just wanted to check if the link above is the most recent version of MHRA author-date format.

I think something like this Rúnar Leifsson. (2007). Appendix 2 Report of animal bones from Reykjarvíkurhöfn in The Archaeology of Reykjavík Water Front TRH06 - 07 Framvinduskýrsla / Interim report by O. Aldred (nr. FS353-06322) (bls. 67–77). …

Here is a report I need to cite now, I currently have it under Item type report and it comes out like this: Rúnar Leifsson. (2007). Appendix 2 Report of animal bones from Reykjarvíkurhöfn (nr. FS353-06322) (bls. 67–77). Reykjavík: Fornleifastof…
