• Have completed the full uninstall/reinstall of 2011 with the same error code: Report # 257008769 Again, upon quitting, 'Word could not fire event'; is this a Normal.dotm problem?

• additionally, after quitting Word after trying to run the applescripts above or after trying to add a citation with zotero I get an error message stating 'Word could not fire event' with a confirmation OK
