• Sorry for the additional reply! I have now found zotero under "add ins" in word, however it wont let me use it because I need to open firefox. I dont use firefox, I use chrome

• Hi! I managed to follow the instructions given, but unfortunately it didnt do anything. I copied the zotero.dot file into the newly located Word Startup folder, and restarted word. Is there more I need to do?

• OS X El Capitan, 10.11.4 - Think this is the operating system. I will try and follow the instructions provided thank you! But I am struggling to find the Word Start Up Folder, any advice?
