• Hi, i don't have Zotero Standalone. But, i checked it in Word file; i am not getting any saved citation in firefox. Also, i am unable to save any book/article to Zotero-Firefox extension.

• Hi Bwiernik, The items were there for a quite long time. I am using Microsoft Word 2007 and Windows 7 32 Bits. I did not login with another computer. I am using my own computer only. Hope, it helps. About Zotero, I don't know how to check the versio…
