I am not sure, but I'm assuming they have changed given this recent issue. I have Zotero Standalone, but mostly use the Firefox add-on.

It didn't work for me with that link (or an PubMed link), here is my sample URL: https://phstwlp2.partners.org:2052/pubmed/27687771 Could it be an issue with my proxy? If so, would it help to delete them all and start again?

Yes, I have no issues importing journal articles, which is mostly what I do. Web pages have also worked. Meeting abstracts have been my major issue, with the authors not appearing being the top problem.

Which item type did you use? I have a Mac, if that matters. I don't believe I use an ad blocker, how would I go about that? Thanks!
