It said "Passed No errors were found in the database". I then Enabled Debug Output Logging, tried to edit a citation, got the error message, and then submitted the debug error report. The Debug ID is D138400021.

I tried that when prompted by Zotero, but no luck. I also just tried rebooting the laptop, opening the document and Zotero fresh, and also no luck. The problem also occurs when I try to create a new citation, or try to refresh the citations.
