• The the problem is that I have two google accounts, and the document is under another account (not the Zotero's one), the solution would be to share the document with the other account, or to add the other account to Zotero.

• You're right after restarting it worked perfectly, and now debug output also look as you said. So when I have the problem again I will check debug output to see what's the problem.

• If I press de install button in the Zotero preferences it does "searching for required components" and never advance to the next step. I cancel and then report the error with ID 274661182

• I found that the problem was caused by a reference inside a frame, I deleted this reference and everything works OK.
