No, the question here was whether you can hyperlink other parts of the citation -- titles, mostly -- with hyperlinks. You can get hyperlinks for URLs (DOI and URL) in bibliographies using Words auto format feature run on the bibliography
-
You'll want to contact the plugin's author via github. I don't think they're typically here.
-
The screenshot looks right and doesn't show an error. We'd need to see the code that actually triggers the error (you can post to pastebin.com or a similar code hosting site and provide the link here -- no registration needed on pastebin)

Cool! Does this work with multiple citationkeys as it does with itemIDs in Zotero (that's what refextractor uses), so: zotero://select/library/items/@citationkey, @citationkey2, @citationkey3 ?
-
So in this case you'd cite Zynder 2019 and put "Gates, 2019, as quoted in " into the prefix field.
-
Are you using the BBT add-on? Otherwise, Zotero doesn't have stable citation keys at all, so this definitely wouldn't be possible. With BBT, @emilianoeheyns might have an idea how to make this happen, but generally the direction from Zotero to any c…

Can't be done, I'm afraid. The "Beale, 22" format is used by the standard Chicago Manual style (full note) for citations in the ibid format So you'd get 3 G. K. Beale, We Become What We Worship: A Biblical Theology of Idolatry (Downers Grove: IVP A…

The actual OAuth handshake typically would take place only once during set up, so this wouldn't have had to have changed recently to break when reconnecting it. It works for other apps, so this would be for papership to troubleshoot and I'm afraid I…

Not possible, no, and I don't think it will be in the future given how collections are set up. It's not quite clear to me why it's important to you to not have the collections sync? I'd very much advise to keep them around certainly until all relat…

Unless I'm misunderstanding, go to the landing page for the volume: https://www.cambridge.org/core/journals/britannia/volume/188BCA84E8110E2EE2D0BF3385C70368 click the "Add to Zotero" folder icon in your browser and save all items, you'll need to t…

Wait, maybe I'm understanding this incorrectly -- you just want all items from a journal issue added to Zotero individually? You can typically already do that -- do you have an example?
-
Sounds like the OAuth (i.e., authenticate and obtain an API key) process of an old, unmaintained app is broken. Not much Zotero can do about that, I'm afraid. Note that even if you can't use the iOS app, the Zotero web library in your browser now …
-
There's going to be an item type "Serial" or "Journal" eventually that should cover both individual issues and whole runs. One of the problems with the other thread is that people are talking about at least 3 different things there.
-
If this continues to be an issue with the most recent version of BBT and Zotero, I know the BBT developer would be appreciative of an error report on the project's github.
-
I'm wondering if this is add-on related? Might be worth testing with BBT (and any other add-ons) disabled. Certainly not seeing this on my library and if you were in a read-only group (which would hide the + for adding tags), you should still see "E…

I'm not quite clear I understand the issue -- where do they appear correctly and where do they not? When you say "table of contents" do you mean bibliography? Writing in German is fine and might be clearer (assuming via your username that's your nat…

Can you paste the content of an RIS file that doesn't import the year here (open in a text editor like Notepad or Textedit, link to from here).
-
The key part for in-text is this: When crediting a source in your writing, you label it with a number, or in-text citation. If it is the first source you're using, the label will be a (1). If it is the second source you write about, it will be a (2…

So my understanding of how other reference managers work in Scrivener is that they do a version of RTF Scan (or ODF Scan) that can be triggered from Scrivener directly. The "triggering from Scrivener directly" is a pretty minor part, imo, but having…

I understand, that's why it's in parentheses, i.e. not addressed to you

(Looks like a bug to me. See https://www.zotero.org/nmeiran/cv )

PubMed has never saved the URL (which should be saved for links to full text only.) What do you need it for? The link to PubMed is attached to the item automatically

No option to truncate in Zotero, no. You can build et al. into any citation style, though. You can set the threshold (et-al-use-min) high if (like 99) if you don't generally want it and still want to catch the particle physicists.
-
Yeah, that's just broken in the style, I'm surprised it ever worked correctly. We'll fix this, but if you're in a rush should be deleted.
-
It's not super fast, but you can do this without the mouse: do ctrl+down arrow and then select Omit using tab (3x) and space, confirm with return. In Zotero 7, you need to select the citation using the back arrow before ctrl+down.
-
You can disable file syncing in the Zotero preferences under "Sync"
-
(You're likely to get a direct answer from the dev if you post this on BBT's github)
-
I think there's a BBT setting, look through the preferences and documentation
