(debug ID is just a number you get after submitting debug)

Thanks, got it. That's also where I had expected it, but it's covered by the sync notification which sticks around a very long time and claims to sync (exactly) 29375 items for every group (including many tiny ones like adamsmithtest). I can try to…

Just bumping this -- obviously fine if the answer is no, but would be nice to have that confirmed so I'm not wasting time.
-
Make sure to set the style in the Document preferences in the Zotero toolbar in Word
-
You mean you have the bibliography in the Windows app? Just sync: https://www.zotero.org/support/sync
-
Software remains the right item type. That's what LLMs are, after all, and the software item type can produce reasonable output. If you enter info as software as in the screenshot, Zotero/CSL will produce the APA reference as OpenAI. (2023). ChatG…

YOu can't use Endnote styles in Zotero, no. Follow https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/REQUESTING.md#requesting-csl-styles to request styles.
-
You mean affiliations? That's just not part of Zotero's data model, which focuses on citation metadata.
-
Add it after the first name preceded by a comma so: Smith, John, Jr. This does appear to put a comma before the Jr. in the bibliography (so Smith, John, Jr.) but the rest will come out correctly.
-
You can certainly have more than one attachment on an item and see that online (I can't speak for the web library). What do you mean by "the others have individual locations"?
-
Awesome, congrats (and thanks!) on getting that up.
-
Correctly entered data will give you this in Chicago author-date style Csulich, Gabriela. 2023. “Solidarity Economy - a concept for the 21st century or ‘peninsulas against the current.’” In Partizipation: Das Zusammenwirken der vielen für Demokrati…

@Erik dstillman briefly explains why they're doing what they're doing here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/464168/#Comment_464168 I'd guess we're getting pretty close to them releasing the app, but not sure.
-
Awesome, looks great. Is there anyway of showing the .html output without going through rawcdn and having to manually change the link in the readme? Yes, absolutely, you can very easily do this in github pages. You rename zotero_schema_output.html …

I'm seeing the same issue with "Any field" in advanced search on Windows with 7.0.10-beta.3+56ae6d979 (64-bit) The debug D469459688 shows a search for "methods" (no quotation marks) in the title field (which returns a number of items) followed by a…

As I say, I don't see an easy way to convert citations under 2 (or what do you mean by "the right way of inserting the footnote?). Depending on how many there are, copying the reference from the footnote to the text and then deleting the footnote mi…
-
Awesome! Would be cool to get the creators included, too, but already super helpful.
-
Right, but try any other in-text style like APA and you'll see the same issue. I'd guess you inserted citations in two different ways: 1. Inserting the citation in the text and have Zotero create the Footnote (those will convert to in-text parenthet…

Why not just annotate in Zotero on Android/Boox? That's the whole idea of the app.
-
Please provide all information requested in the last step on the troubleshooting guide
-
That wouldn't be an issue with the style (they can't be inconsistent in that way,) Can you switch to any other style? What happens? Which style did you change from?
-
Which citation style,?
-
right-click on an attachment -- Rename File from Parent Metadata is still available in Zotero 7 as it has always been. ZotFile is not compatible with Zotero 7, although Zotmoov duplicates most of its functionality.
-
Yes, exactly
-
Yes, that looks perfect, though you'll want to store titles of your work in sentence case.
-
This looks like you added an APA citation that looks right. If you want a bibliography, you'd either create that from Zotero and paste it or cite in the document and the use add bibliography
-
That's correct Chicago style.
-
You should be getting P Smith in the bibliography -- have you tested in the Zotero style editor?
-
This isn't as elegant as the Zutilo option (because you'll need to use the one quick-copy option you have for it), but I'm pretty sure this will still work: https://zoteromusings.wordpress.com/2013/04/23/zotero-item-uris-from-client/
-
This has never been a feature of Zotero. I think you should be able to do something like this using a LUA filter and BetterBibTeX, which I'm guessing is what you remember; I'd ask over at the BBT github.
