What you are seeing is correct Turabian style. Are you sure you don't want it? The only way to change it is to modify or change the citation style you are using.
-
Which style exactly (full title as you see it in the document prefs) is that?
-
You should generally store titles in Zotero in sentence case -- by default, the biblatex export will assume this and protect capitals accordingly. For how to avoid this, you didn't answer the second question: are you using the BetterBiBTeX add-on?
-
How large and what happens if you try?
-
Ja, der standard Import bon CSV Files ist in Excel kaputt. Alternativ kann man das auch über Data --> Von Text/CSV richtig importieren
-
We'd need more details -- citation style and examples
-
Please always provide a couple of sample URLs for import errors, even if the entire site is affected.
-
You can't. PDFs are generally downloaded from pages that host them. PubMed is just a catalog, it doesn't have PDFs
-
But I don't think bracketted numbers are an option
-
Nee, das ist richtig so. Die Buchstaben sind in Reihenfolge der Bibliographie (also alphabetisch nach Titel), nicht in Reihenfolge des Textes..
-
Listing yourself is fine, yes. We don't have strong norms around this, but the standard is to always list yourself, to keep original contributors listed for minimal changes and for anything bigger just list the template with yourself as the single a…

I'm seeing this too. The 0/0 issue/volume comes from the faulty metadata, but the year really should import. We'll investigate

answered here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/117229/negative-tag-search-doesnt-work#latest (please don't double post)
-
You can definitely do it with two saved searches -- create one for tag is processed and one for collection --is not -- [name of the 1st saved search]
-
The connector parses for the DOI first and since you're using a fake DOI, it's then not returning anything. You can right-click on the Save to Zotero icon and then select "embedded Metadata" to test the metadata format (I think only the 3rd option w…
-
I'm afraid not really, sorry. Zotero isn't aware of reset note numbering, only the total number from the start. But you could create a bibliography, then split the document into chapters, unlink citations and then reassemble. That way, cross-refere…
-
we just didn't add this for CMoS, yes. (I honestly think style guides should just give up on 'ahead of print'; enforcing different citations for this at a time when 99.999% of readers don't read articles in 'print' journals is silly. The piece has a…

if suddenly Zotero just went under or something, would the annotations be able to be accessed in some other way? It's a reasonable question. First, while it's possible that Zotero as a project would stop existing, since the software is open source, …

(you should make sure to store titles in sentence case: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sentence_casing). This isn't Zotero's/CSLs APA style, which would add a comma before the &. Are you using a custom version? Can we get a screenshot of th…

What you see in the paper -- both the citation and the bibliography entry
-
(if you did move the database from an old/different Mac without migration assistant, that'd be one way this could happen, e.g.).
-
What's the exact message you're seeing (don't translate or paraphrase)? A screenshot might also help.
-
A bit hard to say, but the APA style will add additional authors before et al to disambiguate (so e.g., Smith, Meyer, Muller 2002; Smith, Meyer, Schmidt, 2003), so that's a possibility. Does this happen in a new document with just those ones cited? …

You mean the initial? Nothing to do with editors. See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/given_name_disambiguation
-
If spacing and indenting are wrong, switching to a different style and back will fix. If you don't get italics where you expect them, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/italics_in_word_bibliographies
-
Nothing mentioned above has changed. What exactly were you trying to do and what didn't work?
-
I'm a bit confused by the hostility of this response -- dstillman's reply contained a fair amount of detail on what could be happening (including theories about how exactly you could end up with the 'wrong' version of the database), description abou…

Add the PDF to Zotero, then right-click --> Create parent item and add the information. The file gets saved to the Zotero data directory on your harddisk. The page to save to Zotero via URL is https://www.zotero.org/save but it's strictly infer…

I'm seeing this, too, and I think it might be bug, but note that you can select all locator options by activating the button menu using the space bar. This is equivalent to clicking the menu with your mouse (which you would have to do to select any …
