a, b, c is always assigned by order of items in the bibliography, you can't change that, sorry. Is this actually a requirement somewhere because I find the idea of randomly sorting suffixes in the bibliography very odd (and hard to read).

You only get the beta version when you explicitly install it -- I suspect you did that in anticipation of Zotero 7.0 -- betas were very stable then; now with the 7.1 betas there may again be more breakage. In other words, now that you're on the st…

Can you revert to Zotero stable (from the homepage) to test?
-
Thanks -- that's using KaTeX, which generally the HTML viewer is able to display -- try e.g. the KaTeX homepage: https://katex.org/ I'm not sure exactly what's going wrong on that page, but it does have a ton going on -- you can't even load the sou…

Could you give an example/screenshot and, if you're talking about a Snapshot, the link to the URL it's from? As written, the answer is definitely no (LaTeX never renders in HTML), but formulas can be made to render in html.

You're seeing this: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/given_name_disambiguation

@manumanu -- this doesn't seem like the same request. If I understand you correctly, it seems like you're looking for a private sharing link, akin to what Dropbox or GDrive would give you. That's not an uncommon request, though I'm not aware of any …

You can't use Pages, no, but Zotero works on LibreOffice, which you can install for free, and Google Docs, which you can use online for free.

Nothing new on the old discussion

I don't quite understand -- are you at Western Illinois? Then that seems correct. I like the Proxy feature a lot, so I would keep it enabled, but it's entirely up to you
-
To be clear, this would only ever effect file sync, data should continue syncing for all their libraries. I don't believe that being at/over your storage stops file sync for other libraries, no, but I'm only 95% sure of that. Versions don't matter…

You can remove the old proxy in the connector settings: right-click on the Save to Zotero icon and click Preferences/Extension Options/Settings (exact word depends on your browser). Then click on proxies on the left, select your old proxy and press …

They'd need to post here with more details, but almost certainly the out of storage error is for their library or a private group, not your group, which should indeed continue syncing and only depend on your storage subscription.

I assume "APA coach" is an AI app? Don't assume its advice is correct. Zotero treats this -- reasonably -- as a newspaper article and University Wire as the publication. The citation then is correct as is. You should also get this imported correctl…

There is no way to disable that. Could you say why you want them removed? Link attachments don't take up any space

FWIW, instead of a script you can also chain the Keys in a Zotero select link of the form zotero://select/[user|groups]/[group/user ID]/items?itemKey=[itemkey1],[itemkey2],etc. So for your personal library that'd be zotero://select/user/881751/ite…

There is no way to do this. You can, though, add them to invidual references and disable reference sorting ("Keep sources sorted") in the add-on.

I wouldn't use the actual bookmarks feature in a PDF for bookmarking anyway (since bookmarks are typically used for document structure in PDFs) -- why not just use a note?
-
are you sure you're using not just the plugin but Better BibTeX as the export format?
-
The issue would almost certainly just have been old image notes -- any current ones are fine, so nothing you need to change.
-
This is a frequent request and planned (see https://github.com/zotero/zotero/issues/1300 though please don't post here unless you have technical insights), but unfortunately not easy given the platform Zotero is running on (again, see the github iss…

A bit hard to say what happened given the vague description. My best guess is that you manually edited citations to add page numbers in Word (which isn't how you want to do that, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage ). Eve…

I don't think I understand. You can add item to collections from any view both by drag&drop and using "Add to Collection" in the right-click context menu. Were you just not aware of that latter option or could you explain how that's different f…

You just have to use the actual page field in the Word add-on, not write directly into the quick format bar. You can add whicher delimiter you want there and it'll appear in the citation, see https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usa…
-
If you're looking at the style editor, that's using the information from the journal abbr. field in Zotero -- I'd assume you have the abbreviation without periods there. Using the word processor add-ons, you can set Zotero to auto-generate the abbre…

The basic answer to the question as asked is no. It might be possible to say/do something more helpful with more details about how the references are actually used, which is why I was asking about that. E.g. if they are entirely in separate sections…

I don't quite understand the lit review vs. "support articles" distinction. Could you given an example? Are all of these cited in the article itself?
-
That works in general -- please see my other questions above
-
Could you double-check the add-ons, including restarting after disabling them? It's near impossible that Zotero would do this by itself and e.g. the "Linter for Zotero" add-on does have functionality that can cause this.

Not a feature, no. What operating system are you on?
