Are you actually using Word Online (i.e., in your browser) or just the Word 365 installation? There is not Zotero plug-in for Word Online.

endnotes placement is handled by your word processor, so you can search for Word/LibreOffice instructions. In Word, e.g., you should be able to do this using sections.

You can sort by item type (add the item type column, then sort) as I say above. The request here is for filtering, i.e. only showing items with one item type

You'd have to say more -- what does "I cannot retrieve" mean? You'd not finding it, you have it but can't restore, something else?

You probably want to contact the plugin developer directly; that would be an issue with the plugin and you're likely to get better help from them.

Run through https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connection_error While it's not very likely a plugin is causing this, you should at least test if the issue persist in troubleshooting mode.

Just author is correct for immediately subsequent (formerly ibid) citations. As damnation says, there are different versions available, both one that uses ibid and one that always uses the regular short note with title

You change citation styles in the Zotero Word add-on under Document Preferences. The Style manager is only for installing or uninstalling styles.
