I'd not stress too much about how exactly the citation will end up looking -- the main point is that it's clear what you're using. I'd probably tend towards map for GIS webpages, but dataset might also be an option.
-
No, selectively syncing attachments isn't possible, nor are the other scenarios you suggest (which would for various reasons also just be bad ideas). If you can't afford a Zotero file storage plan sufficient for the size of your library, you can l…

got it, thanks. That's clever.

are you saying the = instead of : makes BBT to treat the field as LaTeX?

https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/103321/how-does-find-available-pdf-works (in other words, you can't)
-
Could you say how you managed to figure that out? You're presumably not the only person with Zotero and Anaconda on their machine, so good chance others might see this.
-
You could turn a subset of your attachments into links using ZotMoov or Attanger.

CSL has the second-field-align property, which is principally designed for numeric styles, but would kind of work. The one issue is that it doesn't do linebreaks in the left column, so that'd just get longer and longer. I you might be able to get th…

Do note that you can drag notes into notes, i.e. use the notes to themselves for outlining
-
As I say above, it's "Number: 4" that's incorrectly stored in the Extra field (that gets picked up as an article number by APA). It likely gets from some metadata that exports the issue as 'number'.
-
Do you have something in "Extra" for those items? A line starting with "Number:" in particular?
-
(but I'd guess the BBT dev will want you to use the most recent Zotero version, i.e. 7.0.15, for troubleshooting issues with the plugin)
-
Given the way public libraries are set up, I don't think you should use them (as in: make them public) if you're concerned about exposing usernames. They're also visible via the group landing page.
-
As in you want the URL in the bibliography? You would have to write that to the URL field. Attachment URLs aren't cited
-
Generally I'd strongly discourage deleting (or really: doing) anything in the Zotero data folder. It's intended to be managed by Zotero, not by users. The ft files contain indexing for full text (hence ft) search. Disabling them will remove The pdf…

Try switching to a different style and back -- the style should definitely do this.

No. Zotero indexes HTML, PDF, EPub, not sure about .txt, but that's it.
-
Sorry for not responding to your other thread but I don't agree on any of these: - Issue numbers should only be included when volumes are not continuously paginated (see 3.3.1). That's rarely the case (e.g. the citation to the International Journal…

(Abe: I don't think Scopus has stable URLs for items, but they really do only have the initials in the exported metadata for this work, so not much we can do on that end.) The Zotero Linter add-on has some ability to re-fetch metadata. Beyond that,…
-
None of the above is quite right: Zotero tries a number of different registration agencies for DOIs, very much including Datacite. And while resolving directly to the PDF is bad practice, it doesn't prevent Zotero from getting the metadata. The pr…

Check in the Zotero settings under Sync. https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u2433/qh9inbaubrn2d0i6bkl2.png

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but the answer is likely no: You can't make tags just available to a given collection. You can also not have a tag only apply to an item in one collection and not in another collection: tags are set on an ite…

What options do you see on right-click on those collections?

CSL and Zotero are independent projects, so this isn't the right place to request reviews -- the pull request is also just 4 days old, so please have some patience. (Also note that you can share CSL files without having them on the official reposito…

Just to be clear -- you didn't actually 'reimport' the library, right? You restored by replacing the zotero.sqlite?
-
Zotero hasn't officially supported OpenOffice for a long time. I'd just use LibreOffice which is quite similar. Zotero 6 is still available, but no idea if that works with OpenOffice, either.
-
That's not a good sign. Have you checked that is still recognizes citations inserted the last time you had it open? E.g., when you add a bibliography, does it include all citations?
-
My expectation (may be my wrong expectation?) is that each single highlighted area should become a separate note, does it? (...) I could not find a menue item to import or whatever the annotations to notes. People work differently with notes, but n…

It should be bibliography et-al-min="7" et-al-use-first="6" with everything else the same, yes.
