Very likely you are not actually running Zotero, which is a Desktop application you need to install. If you are sure you are could we see a screenshot of your main Zotero window, please?

Zotmoov doesn't create annotations. The answer you're looking for is likely a qualified yes, but you'd have to say more about what you're doing/planning to do.

Not sure why you were doing stuff with LibreOffice? That's entirely unrelated. Do you have any plugins installed (under Tools)? Try disabling them and restart.

Sorry, that's just not how sync works -- it syncs all files so you can access them at any time. Is this just a money question or do you have other reasons you don't just want your files to sync when you add them?
