They should change to brackets when you change citation style. What happens when you select one of the existing still superscript references and click "Add/Edit Citation"?

Zotero 7 is in beta. The add-on isn't currently compatible and while we'd like to make it compatible, we won't promise that it will be by the time of Z7's official release.
-
To be clear, what dstillman told you last month was that your account had never _synced_ and that it was _possible_ you had used Zotero with no account or a different account before. In any case, check https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_…

responsible yourself == you need to use a 3rd party service for syncing. as you a planning to, it appears. The rest is explained in the link above: (tim820 and I somewhat disagree about how simple this is: it's clearly possible and people use it, …

The message should take you to a linked page with a number of things to try and, if none of those work, the information to report here.

Or you could just sync all your files and have them available via the Android app, which people say works well on Boox. No ETA for the final release (at a minimum, Zotero will want to make WebDAV available before an official release and likely also…

Feature requests are any posts in the forum, but this has little to do with Zotero: as I say above, it's how Word handles fields in tables.
-
Yes, we can add a translator. As you know, the web GUI is pretty new

You are just seeing 10 here https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues

Yes. See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sentence_casing for details

Wir müssten den Stil sehen: aus dem code editor nach pastebin.com exportieren, dann hier Link

You can use direct links to custom styles in Zotpress

From within Zotero, you will only get the abbreviation from the journal abbr. field. Automated abbreviations are only in the word processor add-on currently
-
Could you post an example? Are you sure they are all.entered as journal articles in Zotero?
-
That's the standard AMA style? How does that look in a fresh document for testing?
-
So BBT itself really shouldn't be causing this, so if you find it helpful otherwise, you can likely re-enable that and figure out the exact settings that cause this. If you don't use the auto-export feature in particular, just removing auto-exports …

What size is your Zotero library (i.e. how many items) and are you using and Zotero add-ons (such as BetterBibTeX). If so, have you tried disabling them? E.g. with BetterBibTeX, I think you can see significant lags with certain auto-export settings.
-
Right, but what people here are suggesting (and the current ZotFile behavior they're using and have not complained about as far as I know) is to set the attachment title to the (ZotFile-generated) filename which would make this worse, not better.
-
There'll be a way to mark items as non-duplicates in the future. I don't think using Public Law Number to automate that is a good idea: at least in the US (and I assume internationally) these are frequently entered/spelled differently. I'm not sure…
-
but that just seems like one more way in which attachment titles are/can be helpful? Since filenames are constructed from item metadata, they couldn't include that information. To be clear, what dstillman mentions (and IIRC has since confirmed as p…

1. would be covered by _showing_ the filename instead of the attachment title as mentioned by dstillman above. I understand that's planned as an option. 3. isn't a use case but a claim that there isn't a use case for the attachment title -- which th…

You're misremembering, sorry -- it's definitely never been there
-
You'd have to say a bit more -- what happens exactly, what word processor, what length document etc. https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems#provide_steps_to_reproduce
-
Could you post a Google Scholar URL where that happens exactly as you see it (i.e. just copy & paste from your address bar)? Also, do you have a different browser installed (Chrome, Firefox) and could try with that?
-
It's never been in the style manager -- it's an export translator, it'd be listed as a format under "Export" and as an option for quick format in the "Export" tab, listed below all citation styles.

If you have a fix for one of the fullnote variants, I can port it to the rest

have no plans to support opening of PDFs externally beyond exporting," does this mean there's unlikely to be a way to annotate in another PDF reader and have those recognized in Zotero This is specifically about the mobile apps. Zotero Desktop alrea…
