Missing references AND not syncing

I logged on to my account a few months ago, and all my references were gone. I reached out on this forum, and someone stated I didn't have an account, but I did. Now I've had to upload my resources again, which I've done on two different computers that are not syncing. What's showing up on one computer isn't showing up on another. I do needsome help.

    To be clear, what dstillman told you last month was that your account had never _synced_ and that it was _possible_ you had used Zotero with no account or a different account before.

    In any case, check https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing and (carefully) run through that. You want to pay particular attention to making sure that you are actually syncing with the same account.
