Could we see some example citations with those elements? And what's the requirement for? We do have a whole bunch of "Vancouver" variants, so if the requirement is to us a Vancouver style, there's some options.

1) When in doubt, use the current one (i.e. 7th edition) 2) The 7th edition style does use et al for 3 or more authors in text. You shouldn't do that in the bibliography in APA style 3) https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:apa-single-spaced 4) Font an…

No, you're misremembering. There is a planned feature that dstillman has mentioned a couple of time that will include an option to auto-delete local files in storage if they're synced after X days (or so), but that doesn't currently exist. I assum…

The Zotero export is Biblatex, the one you show from overleaf is BibTeX. I'm pretty sure you can set up Overleaf to use Biblatex from Zotero

On Windows you can use the Zip version as noted on the beta builds page. I think the Linux tarball unpacked in a different location should work similarly on Linux. I don't know of a comparable option for Mac. https://www.zotero.org/support/beta_buil…

huh -- and why don't you just change the existing parent item? Seems weird to create a new parent from scratch and having to add things like the URL, access date manually. That's the reason there's no option to create this new: because you already h…

Sorry, can someone confirm that it's acceptable to use the link attachment base directory with Box or other cloud storage, as long as you don't set the data directory there? Yes, absolutely fine, though note that the base directory setting does not…

The only scene I need this function is when I want to add a new parent item for the autosaved web page. That part I don't understand -- how are you even able to save a webpage snapshot without a parent item? Any way I can think of to save a webpage …

Right -click --> add parent item

For future reference, you'll want to merge instead of deleting duplicates in your library. Deleting a duplicate leaves the duplicated reference in the document, now disconnected from a metadata entry in Zotero, instead using data stored in Word by Z…

Show field codes (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/word_field_codes ) and then copy the field code for that note and paste it here. Leave out the beginning { when selecting the field, otherwise it won't copy.

Links don't work in group libraries (in most set-ups, they wouldn't be stable between different group members and thus create massive confusion). You can convert links to attachments in your library (in bulk) and then drag to the group, though.

That does look like MHRA, too (although I agree this is at least clearly labeled as 'Oxford HUMSOC numbered notes') https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:modern-humanities-research-association

I would be very surprised if this isn't a duplicate item with missing date. Have you clicked on Add/Edit citation in Word and then on "Show in My Library" to check the item used?
-
Du verwendest keinen APA Stil. Das wäre (Möller & Köller, 2004, S. 20). Der Stil in einer Word Datei wird unter den "Document Preferences" in der Zotero Leiste in Word eingestellt, nicht in Zotero selber.

You're using an add-on. Zotero doesn't let you specify a subdirectory (as I say above, it saves every file in a unique folder)
-
You'd have to say more about what exactly you're doing - by default, Zotero saves every attached file to a different folder in it's storage subdirectory, so this wouldn't happen.

There's something wrong, though, with the K10+ search. The ISBN has 5 hits in the K10+ catalogs and we just seem to be constructing the request incorrectly so that it returns the number of search results, not the actual search results. (Specifical…

The display of footnotes is handled entirely by your word processor (LibreOffice in your case), so you'll want to search for a solution there
-
Yeah, I'd recommend actually switching to Zotero notes
-
Dies that happen in a new document or only existing ones?
-
Which version of Zotero and what exactly are you clicking?

No, that's about actually moving the collections, not the items in them. If you just want to get rid of a collection and leave items only in My Library, you can just use the "Delete Collection" option (which is above and distinct from "Delete collec…

I'm afraid not, no

Remove "Number: 1" from the Extra field

If you want stable citekeys across item types, you need to install the BBT add-on. For those citekeys to export/be used via API you need to pin citekeys (they will then write to Extra and are picked up by the API export from there)
-
same documentation page describes that. You don't use omit author, you just put "for details, see" in the prefix.

It's flexible: you can put a date range (say for a production run) or a specific date. I'd be inclined to cite the program as a performance (as opposed to exhibition catalogs, performance programs are typically not published formally) and use Genre:…
