That's one point I was not mentioning @adamsmithadam. Authors and keywords (even titles of papers) can be used. In the case of scientopy keyworkds and authors are used. Which is why I anwser myself on this point.

Ok so I anwser myself, on ScientoPy we can use the export from different format like RIS or RefWorks, which works just fine with Zotero.

Ok, so, after restoring (importing the library) with the export I've done. Then stoping the sync, then copy everything to the standalone default folder it works fine (not perfectly, but that's my mistake). Thank's a lot.
