• I could insert the bibliography but it contained the old version of references that I had already updated in Zotero. The citations in the footnotes were also the old version (they did not update.)

• Hi adamsmith - thinks for this. OS - Windows 8 LO - 4.2.8.2 There is no problem in an empty document. I have creating new footnote citations using Zotero in the other document but still get the same error. Any ideas?
