hi Zotero, I would like to import a Mendeley-database including pdf's & annotations (to be stored in local pdf-files). Is this possible with some workarounds? Maybe with the beta-importer from Mendeley to Zotero and then export from Zotero?

hi Zotero, For my use of Zotero it's essential that I can use a professional pdf-editor & keep my annotations stored in the pdf itself. For editing capabilities, sharing & security. Will this option be obsolete some day..?

ps. and a file zotero.sqlite.105.bak is created at 10.16h CET 2019-12-02. Never seen this file before, zero hits on google

same here. But not sluggish or finishing after waiting. Screen basically freezes after the first few digits. Then a tag is created with only first 1-3 digits without hitting enter.

Edge says: "Did you mean to switch apps" and refers to Zotero. Same sort of message in Explorer. Clicked "yes" resp. " allow", but nothing happens.

zotero://select/library/items?itemKey=CCRCXZU4,576PPIBM,IE7HQE9F -> looks a lot like the folder names though (also 8 digits), but indeed they are not (these 3 do not exist as folder name in my database)

Yes, grey, exactly like your link. Then I click that popped out "Select X items from user library". That generates another box (Launch application, a Firefox box). I select Zotero and hit "Open link"

Yes they are in My Library. Only the "Browse..." shows anything on hovering the mouse (name of docx file). The three buttons below show nothing at all (although shape mouse pointer changes) ps. the RHFEFF6Q is the folder name?

Sorry, it does not. Zotero is open (as admin). Also if I manually select the Zotero.exe it does not select any refs, although the No. extracted and CSL style is correctly recognized. Re-opend Zotero as well to no avail.
