• Thank you. Will upgrading from 4.0 to 5.0 cause me to loose access to my stored references or compatibility issues with citations in MS Word 365?

• Hi Adam, After clicking "ok" I've had 2 different things happen. Once I received an error message and no changes occurred. The other, no message comes up but nothing happens and no changes occur. Does that help? Jamie
