• Not all cuistomers will have FLOW. I sent an email with an alternate method to access the new hosting site. Let me know if the redirect continues to come into play or you do see the new site.

• yes - it works with the current hosting service i.e. conquest. and not with the new hosting i.e. Proquest.

• Well it should not, this is the page it will take you to : http://li.proquest.com/legislativeinsight/LegHistMain.jsp As we are testing this is not yet made public, so the redirect may be taking affect.
