Try resetting translators in Connector Preferences -> Advanced. No effect [...] what happens if you use Wiley's Tools -> Export Citation and try to export a BibTeX citation? I can download the BibTex citation and import it to Zotero.

Sorry I just noticed you have included child items. Does the 2024 items includes a note or an attachment added within the last 7 days? If you use the default (i.e., nothing checked), do you still see that?
