A workaround would be to create a specific collection for your current paper, drag the item of interest inside. And in Word, use the classic Add Citation dialog to have an easy access to this specific collection.

For now, you can use the Extra field to store the DOI. Quoting this comment: DOI will be added to all item types in a future version. For now, you can use "DOI: 10.123/abc…" in Extra to add a DOI.
