This has been requested multiple time, not only for Google Scholar, but in general (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/385881/#Comment_385881). One solution at the moment is the zoplicate plugin.

Could you share a screenshot of the right panel for this item? Also, could you confirm that APA 7 is selected under Settings, Export, Quick Copy?

You should have say this from the beginning, as we always assume you are using the desktop. I don't think it works in the web library (where the functionalities are quite limited).

Hitting Shift-enter after pasting this list in the tag field should create 4 individual tags, either on Zotero 6 or Zotero 7.
