Sorry I just noticed you have included child items. Does the 2024 items includes a note or an attachment added within the last 7 days? If you use the default (i.e., nothing checked), do you still see that?

This works for me. Please be sure the page is fully loaded and you see "Save to Zotero (Silverchair)" when hover over the Zotero icon, before saving.
