But your annotations in the screenshots show a lock, which means they have been created externally. Not by Zotero. So it is covered by the thread I have linked.

The RIS file associated to this item is messy: AU - Methorst ,Joke J. AU - , Johnston ,Lynda AU - and Collins ,Francis L. I would say this is a problem from the publisher side. (Edit: see adamsmith's reply for a more complete answer)
