Okay, one more weirdness then. The actual PDF filename does not have a colon. The filename has only dashes in it. I am applying the update now to see if that works. Thank you for your help.

One way I handled this was the "Related" feature. I made each chapter related to the other chapters and the main citation. It works so you can see the relationships when you are in a citation, but not by looking at the library view.
