I just want to clarify, though -- I am not having trouble with my other computer, which also uses that proxy. Nor did a colleague of mine have trouble this morning downloading citations from an EBSCO database.

Yes, I do use a proxy - through Hampshire College library. Should I have the library IT folks contact Zotero?
