• That´s it!!!! I am running Word as Admin due to the strange restrictions when saving the documents as normal user. Starting Word not as Admin but in normal mode solves the problem with Zotero. Thank you very much!

• You are right, I tried the branch XPI after the generation of the report. Teh error still occurs. The new report ID is 94247195. Thanks!
