• Hi, I've tried restarting Chrome and Zotero but it hasn't changed. E.g. this URL: the PDF icon is now greyed out and nothing happens when I click on it. https://www.campbellcollaboration.org/media/k2/attachments/Braga_Pulling_Levers_Review.pdf

• When I opened it in pages there were no links to the zotero references and when i exported it to word and 'replaced' the word version i don't recall it saying anything about losing features.
