• I hadn't installed anything new. I tried restarting again - the first time (before I sent the error report the first time) it did nothing, but this time it has worked and I am able to insert citations again. Thank you for your help!

• Yes, it happens with a new document. The message here says, "itemset is undefined". Yes, I get the window. I have tried about ten different styles - it has happened for all of them.
