Orpheus, The way in which the citation is represented in your document - brackets, superscripts, etc. - depends on which "citation style" you select. There are many such citation styles included with zotero and even more available online. You c…

A few more details may be useful. The problem exists on a dual-head display and the problem typically occurs when the Add Citation window is overtop of the OpenOffice Window. When I move the Add Citation window to the other window/monitor (usu…

As for the differences between PUBMED and PMC see: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/bv.fcgi?rid=helppmc.section.pmchelp.PubMed_Central_Quick#pmchelp.Why_do_I_get_differe So, still big differences between PUBMED and PMC and PMC is no replacement …

When is 1.0.4 expected?

This thread began as a request for Zotero to capture PDFs from multiple hits as returned from a pubmed search. Through a change to the PMC database (from the default PUBMED), or through improvements to Zotero, or some combination of things, this am…

Ahh, try to search the PMC not pubmed databases... I don't think the content is different, but the display is, and Zotero is able to scrape the PDFs from PMC. Database is "set" in fill-in box in upper-left of pubmed/entrez search screen.

Thanks. Very helpful.

As of today, it appears that the new pubmed interface works almost seemlessly with Zotero including the long-awaited ability to download multiple citations and their associated PDF files! Wow! Kudos to what I suspect was a joint NLM and Zotero effo…

Sending to your email. Many thanks.

InCITEful or perhaps InCITEfully

I should add that this feature does work when I use other non-pubmed sites.

I would also note that graphviz (graphviz.org) provides remarkable open-source graph drawing tools that build graphical representations of data -- change the data, and that changes the graph...a feat not obtainable when graphs are drawn out by users…

Can I offer an incremental perspective? It seems to me that a very small set of semantic operators would provide a useful test-bed, encourage early adoption, etc Thus, I suggest: 1) cites article X in bibliography 2) is cited by article Y …

I can confirm that as of V1.0.1 I get the "folder" icon when I pull up a search from scholar.google.com, but not when I go to google.com/scholar . In this short term the solution is simple - go to scholar.google.com in preference, but this should …

Yep, I reverted to FF V2.. it was a bit bloody, but zotero now works on the base station. Thanks for the idea. Problem closed.
