Everything seems to be working--the icon is now in the Firefox toolbar and both versions are synced with my library (I forgot to sign in to the Firefox connector!) Thank you very much for all your help!

Three things are listed under customize...Zotero, Save to Zotero and Zotero (Combo)...do I just click and drag the icon(s) over to the toolbar? And how do I sync the Firefox connector with my existing Standalone library?

How do you do that? At first I was looking for the icon in the address bar and then I was downloading the PDF in Adobe Acrobat, saving it to my computer and seeing if I could import it into Zotero from there and neither worked in either browser

I also have the same problem with PDF files on Blackboard..is there any way around this? I'm using Firefox right now and this issue also happens with Google Chrome.

It worked in Firefox so I guess I'll use that for now since the Chrome solution sounds confusing. Thank you for your help!
