I get the same error message ("XUL runner has stopped working"). Target page is http://support.google.com/chrome/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=96831 . Zotero version 3.0.6.

P.S. Other online library catalogues (e.g., HOLLIS) work fine. I have to go to one of them to harvest that data that won't download from FirstSearch.

Many of these items are from the Chronicle of Higher Education. Most are old, and have caused no trouble in the past. I've deleted the most recent ones (i.e, since the last successful synch), but that doesn't fix things. And now the Zotero "Report e…

On a new machine using Vista 7 and Firefox 3.6.10, right-clicking does not paste buffered text into a Note, although Ctrl-V does.

It does freeze -- and Firefox with it. While the green arrow is spinning, Firefox is using 01 or 02 CPU, and 100K memory. When the green arrow freezes, CPU spikes to 50, and memory use more than doubles. No useful information in the report?

I should add that the main error messages in question are in the exclamation mark icon, after Zotero has tried to complete the sync. The Firefox startup warnings may or not be relevant.

I've gotten the same error message. Firefox startup was very slow before I got it (heavy CPU use). When I clicked "Continue" it proceeded normally, however.
