• Yes, the word plugin is 3.5. I'm using Zotero via FF 10.0.5. The error indicates that the plugin is disabled because of incompatibility, and it appears in the Tools/Extension menu of FF.

• PS I tried dragging my library into a subfolder in the group library that I created called "articles" but each time Firefox freezes and requires a restart. What am I doing wrong?
