• I use Chicago full note and SBL full note. When I get a footnote citation either from copy menu or drag with shift key I only get author last name and short title. How do I get the full footnote citation?

• Same problem here with 2012 iMac, 10.10.4, Safari 8.0.7 and Standalone 4.0.27.7. Dimmed Z icon shows in toolbar, but never becomes functional.
