Yes, the NYTimes works fine. Just Factiva. It is odd. NYTimes saves as a snapshot (as does Washington Post, et al.). Factiva saves as a note with full text (and when you double click on the main article, it opens in online Factiva).

To clarify: Everything in Library Settings is set to "Any group member." And I'm the Admin. Neither I nor other group Members get the snapshot as part of clicking the address bar icon in Factiva.
