I tested the version available on the Zotero website for 64-bit Linux (4.0.21.2), and the preferences screen does appear correctly in that version. So I don't know if it is a difference in the versions or a problem with the way it is being packaged…

fbennett - the issue is that I now have to be more careful about selecting an option. The zotero save options take up a good chunk of screen space, and place a commonly used option (save, but not to zotero) in the middle rather than as the final op…
