I see the the extension plus others in the add-ons. Z shows up as being installed, why can't I see it in the browser?

nothing works!! Got rid of extensions, re-installed plug-in, redid a new profile for firefox and nothing brings back to Z in the bottom right of browser. I'm ready to give up on this too-good-to-be-true software :(

Nothing showing up. Did notice however that the tools were hiding; for some reason I have to scroll up or down with a big void in the middle.

I can't disable, cause nothing shows up in the browser tools menu.

When I open the browser it does not appear, i.e., the logo in the bottom right of the browser. In the tools drop-down menu, it doesn't appear there either. In fact, the menu goes blank! Why me?
