  • Thank you, Simon. Tried it, but no dice. Still doesn't show up, won't start with the hot key combo, and doesn't appear in the tools menu.

  • I'm using 2.0.9 and Firefox 3.6.14 (though this has been a problem for a while). I've removed all add-ons except Gears, Java Console, and Microsoft NET Framework. I've removed and reinstalled both Firefox and Zotero and Zotero still won't open/load…
