  • Found it. Thank you. It took a bit of restarting both Zotero and the Google doc a few times because Zotero seemed to be hanging while updating, but it is starting to work again... Thank you for your help!
  • Sorry, I did not mean to say "Need Help?". This is is the popup I see when I click on "Submit Output", as instructed on the Debug ID page you gave me.
