• Thanks Dan. The software has an option to add exception but never worked. I had solved the problem by switching off the automatic downloading feature for firefox in the download manager.

• I have updated to the latest trunk and the 'empty response from the server' is gone but the 'Reconciliation unimplented for attached items' pops up . Error id: 1140342024.

• I could see uploading status and then I could find the newly uploaded files in the stoarage server but I can't get files downloaded.
