• The Word is closed during the installarion. I have windows 8.1 and MS Word 2013 I dont know if the installation was successful because only appear the first windows of the installation and after nothing.

• I give clic on "Install Word for Windows Plugin 3.1.16 (Firefox extension)" and no happen nothing, only appear a window the installation of the plug but MS Word no show the add installed.
